SLA express Support Policy

SLA express functions to specification when used as intended. The system is user friendly, and most customers find that the intuitive interface is easy to master with little or no training during the initial 30 day period. On rare occasion the system may fail, and customer support calls will be handled on a no charge basis. Those support calls due to user error will incur charges at the rate below. Supplemental online training can be purchased as needed at the current rate.
 
Technical support :
  • During the initial 30 day subscription period: no charge
  • Due to occasional system malfunction: no charge
  • Due to user error: $100.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge
Supplemental online training: $100.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge.
